RETURNS

To retum an item, please send us a message with your request and the reason for your return. 

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return without a reason. If more than 14 days have passed, we can only offer a return if the item is defective.  

 

Place the item securely in its original packaging and the pair of earrings with the name of person who purchased the earrings, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After recerving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds will be made to the same payment method you paid with and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
